Responsibilities
Alison Dziarmaga, VP, US Franchise Head, Breast Cancer, is responsible for overseeing all sales, marketing, and cross-functional team efforts in the US for one of the most impactful and innovative breast cancer portfolios in the industry. This includes ENHERTU and TRUQAP and all other current and future breast cancer indications.

Prior Experience
With nearly two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Alison brings a strong track record of leadership and diverse experience in the US, Canada and Europe across AstraZeneca’s Commercial, Medical Affairs and Market Access teams. Alison first joined US Oncology on the IO Lung team. From there, she went on to lead Oncology Switzerland, where she led the team through significant transformation. Prior to this role, Alison served as Global Product Lead, ENHERTU Breast & Gyn and focused on leading a cross-functional team that was responsible for designing novel Phase 3 studies, delivering results from ongoing studies and securing global Health Authority approvals.

Passionate about improving outcomes for cancer patients, Alison fosters a culture of cross-functional collaboration, empowerment through mentorship, and executing with urgency to drive both excellence and strong business results.
